Effective from 1st September 2026
Dear 5-15 User,
This is final confirmation of the new pricing model that will be implemented for use of the 5-15.org website from 1st September 2026.
The price per respondent is £5 GBP per respondent (e.g. for every patient use of the 5-15).
This will be invoiced on a monthly basis in arrears and payment will be required within 15 days of invoice being sent.
All invoices will be sent to your email address covering the usage within the given month (e.g. September's usage will be billed in October) – payment options will be available including bank transfer or debit/credit card.
If there are multiple users from a single organisation that would like to be invoiced as a group please contact us at support@essence-in.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Please see the notice confirming that 5-15.org will no longer be free (please note that we have provided two additional months of free access and billing is only starting from 1st September 2026).
Please note as per the notice all usage including paper based / PDF or any other medium is included within the charge per use and for uses not covered on the 5-15.org website please email us at support@essence-in.com to discuss license reporting options.
We would also like to take this opportunity to advise that our other Instruments including 0-2, ASSERT, A-TAC, ASDASQ, ADSI, ASSQ, ASSQ-REV and SAB 0-2 are also now provided under the new pricing model. These instruments can be found at essence-in.com and any manual usage of any of these instruments is also subject to the license fee for that instrument.
